Our Guarantee
We stand behind every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 10 days of the delivery date — no questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your return request must be submitted within 10 days of the date your order was delivered
- The item must be in its original condition — unused or gently used, with all included accessories and packaging
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) must be provided
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at QuietPaw.info.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the full return shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is not functioning as described, contact us at support@quietpaw.com within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to process returns or refunds for:
- Requests submitted more than 10 days after the delivery date
- Items that show signs of significant damage caused by misuse
- Orders where the customer cannot provide proof of purchase
