QUIETPAW™ sells ultrasonic bark deterrent devices and related products. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We have made every effort to display the colors and appearance of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or promotion at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with your purchase.
4. Orders & Fulfillment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Free standard shipping is available on all US orders. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. QUIETPAW™ is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched and is in the possession of the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.
7. Product Use
QUIETPAW™ products are intended for use as described on our website and product packaging. By purchasing our products you agree to use them only for their intended lawful purpose. QUIETPAW™ is not responsible for any misuse of our products or for any outcomes resulting from use that is inconsistent with our guidelines.
Our products are intended for use on dogs aged 6 months to 8 years. We make no guarantees that our products will work for every individual dog, as results may vary depending on the animal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUIETPAW™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
